This policy explains how Home Mall (operated by Home Smart Solutions) handles shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, and order cancellations. Please read this carefully before placing your order.
1. Shipping Coverage & Carriers
Home Mall currently ships to all locations within Kerala state only. We use the following courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery:
- Delhivery
- DTDC
- Shiprocket
- India Speed Post
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. The charge displayed at checkout is final. In the unlikely event of a calculation error, we will contact you for confirmation before dispatching. If you do not agree with the revised charge, you will receive a full refund with no questions asked.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM on a working day will be packed and dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
- Estimated delivery within Kerala: 1 to 10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Hyper local delivery is available for orders placed before 3:00 PM within a 5 km radius of our store in Kodungallur.
- Local store pickup is available until 6:00 PM on working days.
We make every effort to dispatch orders promptly. However, delivery timelines after dispatch are controlled by our courier partners and may be affected by weather, logistics conditions, or public holidays. We will keep you updated if any significant delay is expected.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via:
- SMS to your registered mobile number
- Email from snpsae@gmail.com
- WhatsApp – send a message to +91 8078727708 with your order number for a real-time update
4. Order Changes
You may request changes to an order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Changes can be made to:
- Product or quantity
- Delivery address
- Contact phone number
- Preferred courier service
Note: If the requested change results in additional shipping or product cost, the difference will be collected before dispatch. If you do not wish to pay the difference, you may cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch:
You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched by contacting us at +91 8078727708 or snpsae@gmail.com. Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Refund on Cancellation:
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that some payment gateways take 5 to 7 business days to process refunds to your account — this is outside our control. We will initiate the refund within 24 hours of your cancellation confirmation.
No cancellation fee is charged by Home Mall.
After Dispatch:
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return policy below if you wish to return the product after delivery.
6. Warranty & Damaged Goods
All products are covered by a minimum 7-day warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects, unless a different warranty period is specified on the product page.
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Send photos of the product and packaging to +91 8078727708 via WhatsApp or email snpsae@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Our team will assess the damage and respond within 48 hours with a resolution.
- We will arrange a free replacement or repair, with return shipping costs borne by Home Mall.
- If the product is out of stock and you cannot wait for restocking, a 100% refund will be issued.
If your package arrives visibly tampered with or damaged:
- Photograph the package before opening.
- Refuse delivery if damage is severe and you believe the product inside may be affected.

Warranty does not apply to products damaged due to misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, incorrect electrical connection, or physical damage caused after delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you have received the wrong item, a missing part, or a product that does not match its description, you may raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
How to raise a return:

- Step 2: Share photos or a short video of the issue.
- Step 3: Our team will verify the issue within 48 hours and confirm next steps.
- Step 4: Return the product in its original packaging along with a copy of your order confirmation.
Resolution:
- If a matching replacement is available, it will be dispatched immediately at no extra charge.
- If no replacement is available and you cannot wait, a 100% refund will be processed within 2 to 3 business days of us receiving the returned product.
Returns are not accepted for products that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged due to customer mishandling.
8. Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within 2 to 3 business days and credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
9. Limits of Responsibility
Home Mall accepts no responsibility for damage resulting from improper installation of products by the customer. Electrical components must be connected with correct polarity as per the product manual.
While we make every effort to ensure product descriptions on our website are accurate, we recommend contacting us before purchase if you require specific technical specifications or compatibility confirmation.
