  How to Use

  1. Prepare Dough: Use rice flour (for idiyappam) or wheat/all-purpose flour (for noodles).
  2. Select Mould: Open the gun barrel and place your chosen stainless steel disc inside.
  3. Load & Lock: Fill the barrel with dough and attach it to the motor unit by twisting it clockwise.
  4. Operate: Press the “On” button to push the dough through the mould directly into boiling water or onto a steamer plate.
